The location was convenient and easy to find.
I experienced significant issues . The staff was rude and did not communicate effectively. My room was poorly cleaned and had flies everywhere. The beds were uncomfortably hard, and breakfast was not provided, very disappointing.

I booked a room with a comfortable bed, central heating, multi-channel TV, and an electronic key card. The hotel's position was marvellous and exceptionally nice, in the middle of jackson. Had some takeout meals at Pao de Mel Cafe Bakery, set easy walk to the venue, I couldn't resist.

The bed was super comfy and the room was nice and tidy during my stay. I loved the pool area where my kids splashed around and the relaxing vibe of the outdoor seating was a perfect escape. The only downside was the lack of breakfast options, but overall, it was a great stay for our family! 😊

The room was clean, a plus. But the bed was super worn out-reminded me of sleeping on springs. There was a weird smell in the room too, not the best vibe. I could hear something clawing at the vent all night-it was pretty unsettling. The owners seemed kind, nice, but they really need to upgrade the mattresses and do something about the odor. Glad I brought my own blankets.

The unpleasant smell lingered throughout the space, and the bedding felt aged, raising concerns about cleanliness. The high level of noise from outside made it difficult to relax.

The room was surprisingly clean, which I appreciated ⚡️ the bed reminded me of a trampoline, definitely needs replacing. My stay was only for 1 night but I felt kind of uneasy overall.

Encountered issues with the check-in process, including language barriers, made communication frustrating. The room cleanliness left much to be desired. I found flies disturbing the atmosphere. The mattress felt as hard as a rock, and I missed having any breakfast options on-site, a bummer, especially when you're trying to get your day started.
